For us to efficiently resolve your query we ask that you please have the invoice number as the subject of your email, and in the body include your name, contact details (including an afterhours number), a concise description of your query, and any images you think may be helpful.

Questions about a Product

If you can’t find a product and would like OzTrendz to attempt to source it from our network of suppliers, please contact us using our Sales Enquiry Form with a description of the product. Be sure to include as much detail as possible (brand, model, colour, size etc).
